  Just stayed last week and the hosts was most hospitable as can be. Left nothing to be wanted. Not a place to watch TV as previous guest commented. Just come to enjoy the environment. Also had a great river cruise for bird photography with Murray.

  We have stayed several times at Red Mill House. If you love birds, then this is your place. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast on the upstairs veranda is delicious and expansive using local fruits where possible. Both hosts are very knowlegable about the area (and birds) and their contacts to book you into local excursions very reliable. Walking distance to the Daintree River, the B & B is well suited in a very isolated environment, but just 1.5 hours drive from Cairns.

  Ideal accommodation for anyone visiting the Daintree area and superb for birders! Trish and Andrew are terrific hosts. The local birding knowledge that Trish and Andrew provided was invaluable. Breakfast was excellent!
